Pig’s Ear

This copper-coloured ESB features a broad blend of hops for strong flavours and spiced aromas. Topping it all off is a classic well-rounded pilsner-esque finish: an archetypal session beer.

Behind the name

Long version: During one fateful brew of what was supposed to be Cold Snap, we accidentally added some black malt. This completely changed the beer… but it tasted, well, good. So good, actually, that customers kept asking for more of this new brew!

Short version: “You’ve made a right Pig’s Ear of this!”.
