New Resolution
A good, fresh, blonde start to the New Year. British, Northdown and Archer hops give a balanced bitterness. Finished with Summit to give a delicate air of pine on the nose, cleansing citrus fruit on the palate and spice in the background. Hops: Archer, Northdown and Golding from Great Britain and Summit and Columbus from the US.

We all make New Year resolutions that we should keep secret. We’re not telling either but think beer, quality, craft, flavour, and you’ll get the drift.
